Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area
We currently maintain warehouses in Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. The actual shipping warehouse depends on product availability and your delivery address. We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
2. Logistics Providers
Shipping is handled by DPD, DHL, and GLS.
The logistics provider is automatically assigned by the system based on product inventory and delivery address. Should you have any special requests, please contact us at support@bealife.de. Please note: Once the order has been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed.
3. Shipping Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. Delivery time is approximately 3–12 business days.
Orders within Germany: 3–12 business days;
International orders: 5–12 business days.
Shipping may be delayed on weekends and public holidays. Should timely delivery not be possible – for example, due to stock shortages, missing components, increased order volume during promotional periods, logistical capacity bottlenecks, or force majeure – we will contact you immediately.
4. Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)
We offer free shipping within Germany and neighboring countries, with no additional shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
5. Home Delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered directly to your address. For further details, please contact the local logistics service provider in your area.
Should delivery fail due to an unclear address, incorrect house number, or similar reasons, please contact the local logistics provider immediately to arrange redelivery.
6. Shipment Tracking
You can access tracking information via Delivery Status with your order number or tracking number.
Alternatively, you can track your package via the websites or apps of DPD, DHL, GLS, or 17Track.

7. Address Change and Cancellation
*Before shipping, you can request an address change or cancellation by contacting us.
*After shipping, unfortunately, address changes and cancellations are no longer supported.
